Registration Requirements

• All registrations must be completed online through this website
• Registration and lodging are NOT confirmed until payment is received by IEPA
• Registration will NOT be accepted by telephone - no exceptions
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• One registration per person is required

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of registration
• All fees are in US Dollars
• Credit card payments are processed securely
• Registration fees are non-transferable between individuals

Cancellation by Attendee

• Before Friday, August 21, 2026: Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee
• On or after Friday, August 21, 2026: No refund available
• Substitutions: Accepted at any time before the conference
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email

Cancellation by IEPA

IEPA reserves the right to cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds will be provided to all registered participants.

Lodging Arrangements

All accommodations are subject to availability and conference terms. Lodging reservations are not confirmed until payment is received by IEPA.

• Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis
• Special accommodation requests must be submitted in writing
• Check-in and check-out times are determined by the venue
• Guests are responsible for any incidental charges

Venue Policies

All attendees must comply with venue policies and regulations. IEPA is not responsible for venue-related issues or additional charges.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful may result in removal from the conference without refund.

Photography and Recording

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify conference staff.
