IEPA 2026 Annual Meeting Registration

By registering for the IEPA 2026 Annual Meeting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the annual meeting.
These terms apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and other participants in the annual meeting.
Registration and lodging are NOT confirmed until payment is received by IEPA.
Registration will NOT be accepted by telephone. No exceptions.
Cancellations received in writing before Friday, August 21, 2026 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received in writing on or after Friday, August 21, 2026 will NOT be refunded; however, substitutions will be accepted.
IEPA reserves the right to cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds will be provided to all registered participants.
All accommodations are subject to availability and conference terms. Lodging reservations are not confirmed until payment is received by IEPA.
All attendees must comply with venue policies and regulations. IEPA is not responsible for venue-related issues or additional charges.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful may result in removal from the conference without refund.
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify conference staff.
IEPA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the conference.
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the conference. We recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.
All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Speakers retain ownership of their presentation content but grant IEPA permission to record and distribute presentations for educational purposes.
IEPA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and participants will be notified of significant changes via email.
